Senior Project Manager – Interior Fitout & Joinery

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large interior fit‑out and joinery projects across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail sectors in Dubai. The role oversees end‑to‑end delivery, joinery integration and client relationship management for high‑value, luxury spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead turnkey interior fit‑out projects from site mobilisation through final handover.
• Manage project schedules, critical paths and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Integrate high‑end custom joinery elements with site works and enforce quality control standards.
• Monitor budgets, cash flows and variations to drive profitability and value‑engineer solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and manage sub‑contractors, suppliers and specialised trades.
• Serve as primary contact for prestigious clients, architects and consultants, aligning joinery production with site timelines.
• Resolve complex site conflicts and engineering bottlenecks swiftly and diplomatically.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in interior fit‑out and joinery management.
• Proven portfolio of large‑scale residential, commercial, hospitality or luxury retail projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of joinery manufacturing, wood species and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read complex architectural drawings and coordinate MEP services.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.

• Advanced use of MS Project or Primavera (or similar scheduling software).
• Project scheduling and resource planning.
• Joinery manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Budget and cash‑flow management.
