Senior Project Manager – International Digital Transformation Programs

About the role

We are seeking a high‑authority Senior Project Manager to lead multimillion‑dollar international digital transformation programs. The role demands strong executive presence, technical depth across software, cloud, cybersecurity and infrastructure, and the ability to operate in multilingual, politically sensitive environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programs > USD 20M from initiation to closure, enforcing strict governance, zero‑slippage baselines and full PMP documentation.
• Validate technical designs, oversee architecture, data flow, cyber controls, cloud infrastructure and API integrations, and drive design reviews, UAT and go‑live acceptance.
• Manage and control multinational teams of 20‑100+ resources, set KPIs, enforce accountability and ensure delivery across GCC, Africa, Asia and Europe.
• Present to ministers, CEOs and international regulatory bodies, creating high‑quality slide decks, dashboards and risk reports.
• Oversee vendors and contracts, enforce SLAs, ensure compliance with ISO, NIST, ICAO, GDPR/PDPL and cybersecurity standards.

Required profile

• Mandatory PMP certification; PgMP, PMI‑ACP or Prince2 preferred.
• Previous hands‑on technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Cloud/Infrastructure Engineer, Solutions Architect, Network or Security Engineer).
• Documented delivery of at least two programs > USD 20M, preferably for government or national digital platforms.
• Proven ability to turn around delayed projects and operate under aggressive, politically sensitive timelines.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic and French strongly advantageous.
