Senior Project Manager

About the role

Currie & Brown is seeking a Senior Project Manager with aviation and manufacturing experience to lead a large‑scale project in Al Ain, UAE. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex projects, from definition through execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project delivery plans, governance structures, and control mechanisms.
• Lead a sizable multidisciplinary team, set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure skill development.
• Manage multiple consultants and contractors, overseeing contracts and scope.
• Produce financial plans, track budgets, highlight variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and present project risks and issues to senior management with mitigation proposals.
• Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and expectations.
• Provide technical expertise and strategic advice to senior managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or similar accreditation.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale, complex projects in aviation or manufacturing.
• Strong pre‑contract and post‑contract experience with excellent contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage large teams and senior‑level stakeholders.
