Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑disciplinary real‑estate projects for clients in Dubai. Reporting to the project management function, you will be responsible for planning, design, construction, occupancy and close‑out phases while ensuring budget, schedule, quality and risk targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project dimensions – budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk – from inception through close‑out.
• Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, cash‑flow projections and milestone schedules.
• Interpret contracts, leases, work letters, charters, surveys and architectural drawings.
• Lead RFP processes, evaluate bids and recommend resource appointments.
• Direct multi‑disciplinary delivery teams and maintain structured communication with regular meetings and reports.
• Ensure documentation governance, data integrity and timely coordination of project records.
• Track progress against goals, report variances and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage change control, assess impacts and issue change orders after client approval.
• Identify complex risks, conduct constructability reviews and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (BA, BS, BEng or BArch) from an accredited university.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary project teams in a senior capacity.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required); MRICS designation (preferred).
• Full professional fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
