Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact construction and development projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring delivery to the highest safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery of construction projects from mobilization through handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to maintain smooth progress.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review contractor performance, variations, claims, and certify payments.
• Enforce QHSE, QA, and QC standards throughout the project.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8‑10 years of project management experience in a developer, contractor, or consulting environment.
• Preferred PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills.
