Senior Project Manager

About the role

Go Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects across the UAE. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and procurement.
• Oversee daily construction operations, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance, driving cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and regulatory requirements on all sites.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams, conducting regular review meetings and fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of construction project management experience, preferably within UAE contracting firms.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale civil, structural or infrastructure projects from mobilization to handover.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority requirements and contract management.
