Senior Project Manager

About the role

Go Tech Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects in the UAE education sector, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, procurement, and milestones.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate daily construction operations across sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and commercial aspects to maintain profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in UAE contracting companies.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale civil, structural or building projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements and local industry practices.
