Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple projects and programs, collaborating cross‑functionally to maximise outcomes and improve user sentiment. This hybrid role is based in Dubai with up to 80% on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and document projects and programs, managing expectations, milestones and deliverables.
• Provide timely reporting on progress and success metrics, linking activities to maximise efficiency and reduce risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Hold all stakeholders, including senior executives, accountable to commitments.
• Perform risk analysis and propose mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with Account and Success Managers to define delivery strategies.

Required profile

• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience with large, international projects.
• PMP, Prince2 or other formal project management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and proven leadership qualities.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Prince2 certification.
