Senior Project Manager – Luxury Fit‑Out & Bespoke Joinery

About the role

A leading conglomerate in the UAE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑profile luxury fit‑out and bespoke joinery projects across the region. You will be responsible for delivering prestigious villas, palaces, five‑star hotels, premium residential, commercial and retail developments from award to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple luxury fit‑out and joinery projects, ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, quality, HSEQ and profitability targets.
• Oversee commercial and contractual management, risk mitigation, procurement and resource planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams, consultants and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of construction and interior fit‑out experience, with at least 15 years leading large‑scale luxury projects.
• Proven delivery of projects valued between AED 50 M and AED 500 M.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field; PMP certification is an advantage.
