Senior Project Manager – Luxury Hotel Fit‑out

About the role

Mace is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the final construction, fit‑out and delivery phases of a landmark integrated resort development in the United Arab Emirates. You will work within the PMC team to ensure the high‑rise luxury hotel tower meets safety, programme, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of remaining construction and luxury interior fit‑out works, aligning with programme, cost and quality targets.
• Oversee execution of interior fit‑out to ensure design intent, detailing and workmanship meet premium hospitality standards.
• Manage and coordinate the main contractor, subcontractors and consultants across all disciplines.
• Provide project leadership, driving planning, sequencing and interface management for structural, MEP and fit‑out packages.
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Review and manage contractor programmes, method statements, procurement schedules and logistics plans.
• Report progress, risks and milestones to senior stakeholders.
• Drive quality assurance across finishing trades and oversee inspections, snagging, commissioning and handover.
• Support commercial management, including variation review, change control and contractor performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise hotel, hospitality or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong experience in luxury fit‑out and high‑end finishes, preferably in hotel environments.
• Experience working in a PMC/consultancy environment on complex projects.
• Demonstrated capability managing tier‑1 contractors and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates.
