Senior Project Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead multi‑disciplinary real‑estate projects from planning through close‑out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, translating their requirements into actionable project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery – budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk – across design, construction, occupancy and close‑out phases.
• Prepare scope of work, cost estimates, cash‑flow forecasts, work‑plan schedules and risk registers.
• Conduct RFP processes, evaluate bids, and recommend qualified resources to clients.
• Lead project teams, implement communication plans, and produce meeting minutes and status reports.
• Maintain project documentation governance and ensure data integrity.
• Track progress against goals, report variances, and develop corrective action plans.
• Manage change requests, assess impacts, secure approvals and issue change orders.
• Identify complex risks, lead constructability reviews and develop mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in the UAE, managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; MRICS preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic and other languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
