Senior Property Consultant

About the role

I Buy Real Estate is a real estate brokerage on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, working with residential and investment properties and partnering directly with developers including Aldar and Bloom. It is a client-facing role managing the full sales cycle from first enquiry to closed deal, supported by AI tools. The team has 20+ people from 14 nationalities and works in a flat, ownership-based structure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales process: qualifying leads, arranging viewings, negotiating terms and closing deals
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and developers to keep a steady flow of listings and prospects
• Use AI tools to qualify leads faster, draft listings and follow-ups, and keep the pipeline organised
• Research the market to advise clients on pricing, availability and trends on Saadiyat Island and surrounding areas
• Coordinate viewings, paperwork and transaction logistics carefully
• Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and propose practical improvements
• Own your portfolio from first contact through to closed deal and beyond
• Work with a multicultural, cross-functional team

Required profile

• Prior experience in real estate sales or a client-facing sales role is preferred; a senior-level track record is strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Self-directed, results-driven, comfortable working toward targets in a fast-paced, international environment
• Additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar for writing, research and organising work
