Senior Quantity Surveying Manager

About the role

Lead cost management and quantity surveying activities for large construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within budget while managing contracts, costs, risks, claims and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review project budgets, estimates and cost plans, providing accurate cost advice.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and final accounts, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Identify and manage project cost and contractual risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Prepare cost forecasts and financial reports, monitoring spending against budget.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, procurement, finance and legal, providing technical leadership on cost matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering or related field.
• 7‑10 years total experience, including 5‑7 years in quantity surveying or cost engineering on large projects (AED 500M+ preferred).
• RICS certification or equivalent is an advantage.
