Senior Recruiter - Full-Cycle Recruitment (GCC)

About the role

A results-driven Senior Recruiter is sought to lead the full-cycle recruitment process and support growth across departments and regions. The role builds a strong talent pipeline and attracts and retains high-calibre professionals aligned with the company's culture and goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain)
• Forecast hiring needs and workforce planning by department and country
• Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and professional networks
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and coordinate in-person, virtual and phone interviews
• Evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and refine selection criteria

Required profile

• Minimum 5-6 years of proven recruitment experience, in-house or with a recruitment agency
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools in the GCC region
• Willingness to travel within GCC countries as required
• Excellent organisational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; self-driven and able to work independently
