Senior Recruiter

About the role

Sanzen Developers is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its real‑estate development business in Dubai. The role will support a wide range of functions, from technical and engineering to sales, marketing and corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Recruit for diverse roles including Sales, Relationship Managers, Engineers, Architects, Marketing, Administration and corporate positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and proactive headhunting.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes with department heads.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and keep tracking tools up to date.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring process.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real‑estate development sector.
• Proven ability to hire both technical and corporate professionals.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and interviewing capabilities.
• Good understanding of the UAE hiring market and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
