Senior Recruitment Consultant – Further Education

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Further Education desk in Dubai. You will work UK‑based client accounts, manage live roles and drive billing while enjoying the lifestyle of one of the world’s most vibrant cities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Further Education clients, primarily within the UK market.
• Source, interview and place candidates across Primary, Secondary, SEN and FE sectors.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, delivering on service level agreements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly billing targets, working UK business hours.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop pipeline and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in education recruitment (Primary/Secondary/SEN/FE).
• Proven billing record within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of the UK education market and its hiring cycles.
• Consistent track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Commercially driven with a hunger to maximise earnings.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
