Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Discovered after a record‑breaking year. The role is a 360 consultancy position focused on technology hiring across AI, Machine Learning, Data, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, Cloud and Infrastructure markets. You will be responsible for winning new business, building client relationships and delivering recruitment projects end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new client accounts in technology sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Deliver recruitment projects for large‑scale technology initiatives.
• Meet and exceed billable targets while maintaining high service quality.
• Contribute to business development and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior or principal recruiter in technology markets.
• Track record of winning new business and managing 360 recruitment cycles.
• Strong network within AI, Machine Learning, Data, Software Engineering, Cloud or related fields.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
