Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a diverse portfolio of clients in Dubai. The role demands strong sourcing, stakeholder management and the ability to meet aggressive recruitment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client brief to offer negotiation and placement.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct screening, interviews, competency assessments and salary negotiations.
• Maintain pipelines, track metrics (time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance) and ensure accurate ATS records.
• Develop client relationships, provide market insights and support business development.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 5–10 years of recruitment agency or staffing consultancy experience.
• Proven track record of managing multiple vacancies across industries and seniority levels.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
