Senior Regional Manager – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Regional Manager to lead our Total Facilities Management team at our headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai. The role oversees the operations and service delivery of both hard and soft services contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, contract profitability, and organic revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise operations of all hard and soft services contracts.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, budgeting, P&L delivery and resource mobilisation.
• Maintain contract profitability against sold margins and drive financial performance improvements.
• Identify and deliver organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor and control budgets, overheads and cost of sales, applying Lean Six Sigma practices for continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across commercial, legal, procurement, finance and HR functions.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and address service quality escalations.
• Support bid teams in tender preparation, renewals and solution reviews.
• Monitor resource utilisation, develop SLA/KPI frameworks and ensure compliance.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and oversee staff performance reviews and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing facilities management contracts with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of maintaining profitability and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, resource mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Ability to build and maintain senior client relationships and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tender processes and contract negotiations.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.
