Senior Retirement Actuarial Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Retirement Actuarial Associate to join our Retirement Consulting team in Dubai. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and offers the chance to work on a wide variety of pension and retirement benefit projects for institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support actuarial consulting engagements related to pension and retirement benefits.
• Provide actuarial analysis, valuation support, and strategic recommendations for pension funds and retirement plans.
• Perform calculations and analyses for special projects such as assumption studies, plan design, terminations, early‑retirement windows, post‑retirement medical, and acquisition studies.
• Deliver high‑quality advice in client meetings and prepare actuarial reports, presentations, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines while ensuring accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal consulting, risk, and retirement teams and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Actuarial degree (bachelor’s or master’s) with professional qualification or progress toward SOA/IFoA.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a pension actuary or with a pension fund.
• Arabic speaking ability.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
