Senior Sales Account Coordinator

About the role

As a Senior Sales Account Coordinator in the Fine Fragrance Experience team within the Perfumery & Beauty Business Unit, you will support the Sales team through the Project-to-Order process. You will assist Account Managers in reaching commercial objectives, coordinate customer projects, build customer relationships, keep commercial data up to date and manage sample orders, using SAP and Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support commercial activities before and after sales, including project coordination, pricing, product library maintenance, sales tracking, profitability analysis and project documentation.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, especially Sales and Product Development.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data in dsm-firmenich systems, including customer-specific commercial conditions.
• Analyse business and project data, generate reports and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Serve as a systems and tools superuser: support end users daily, train on new tools and updates, promote best practices and work with global system owners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in commercial assistance, sales support, project coordination or administrative support.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects accurately and on time.
• Ability to build working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers in a back-office support capacity.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of commercial and sales processes.
• Strong SAP and IT skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and generating reports.
