Senior Sales Consultant (German / Dutch Speaker)

About the role

A leading international air ambulance and medical repatriation provider, which coordinates life-saving medical transfers across more than 210 countries and territories, is looking for a highly motivated German or Dutch-speaking sales professional to join its Dubai headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build relationships with clients, insurance companies and international partners.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and invoices through CRM systems.
• Coordinate closely with medical, operations and finance teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during critical situations.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.

Required profile

• German or Dutch speaker with fluent English.
• Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, medical assistance, aviation, travel insurance or high-value service industries preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.

Required skills

• Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
