Senior Sales Executive

About the role

AmCan International Group® is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth for its portfolio of specialty wellness brands across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with customer head offices and field teams to implement in‑store fundamentals and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer agreements, deploy them to field teams and monitor monthly compliance.
• Maintain service levels, resolve database or stock issues, and conduct quarterly business reviews with customer head offices.
• Create and execute Joint Business Plans that align customer and company objectives.
• Produce monthly customer share reports and scorecards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify business‑building opportunities at the store level and implement action plans.
• Coordinate with Finance on account reconciliation and receivables.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Lead Category Management projects, set joint KPIs and track compliance.
• Plan and execute brand initiatives with the Category Manager and communicate plans to field teams.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and propose counter‑strategies.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Management or related field.
• 5+ years of proven sales performance, preferably in Hospitality, Gym/Fitness, Fitness Supplements or FMCG in Dubai.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Valid motorized driver’s license and flexibility for shifts and travel.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word.
