Senior Sales Manager – Electrical & Electronic Solutions

About the role

Wesco Anixter is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its Electrical & Electronic Solutions (EES) business across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will drive sales growth, build strategic relationships, and support major infrastructure, industrial and energy projects throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify and convert strategic project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, OEMs, contractors and end‑users.
• Create high‑quality proposals, deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Lead, mentor and optimise the performance of the inside sales team.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on key growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development track record in the Middle East.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor sales professionals.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to influence multiple stakeholder levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• Familiarity with distribution, logistics or supply chain industries.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
