About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning team in Dubai. The role will support sales teams in achieving volume, share and productivity targets by providing market insights, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute sales and market strategies across the organization.
- Identify and lead the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximise impact and share knowledge.
- Work independently as an individual contributor with limited supervision.
- Maintain awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or market strategy planning.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication skills.
