Senior Service Advisor

About the role

The Senior Service Advisor will lead a small branch of Al Rostamani Trading Company, the authorized distributor for Suzuki and Citroën in the UAE. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring that vehicle service is delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with dealer policies.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and upsell service contracts and other service products to meet labour and revenue targets.
• Handle petty cash, collect payments, settle monthly bills, and make bank deposits.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment for optimal operation.
• Supervise work‑in‑progress to ensure timely closure and accurate branch revenue reporting.
• Receive, inspect, and deliver vehicles according to customer requirements, communicating any delays, parts availability, warranty coverage, or delivery issues.
• Explain service details and costs to customers, ensuring transparency.
• Follow work‑instruction procedures to achieve quick vehicle turnaround.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage accident repairs following approved procedures and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare and submit timely reports for management review.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a service branch or similar operation.
• Strong coordination skills with workshop, parts, and delivery teams.
• Ability to achieve labour, spare‑parts, and sales targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail in vehicle inspection and documentation.
