Senior Site Engineer - Vertical MEP

About the role

Senior Site Engineer is a senior role within the building services project team, acting as the technical authority in vertical transportation systems and leading the team to deliver project scope.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, health and safety, and standards.
• Review shop drawings, as‑built drawings, method statements and technical submittals against project documentation.
• Prepare reports such as NCRs, SORs, snag lists and RFIs.
• Assess test procedures and results for compliance with codes of practice.
• Liaise with contractors and commissioning teams, monitor installations and submittals, and participate in coordination meetings.
• Mentor and train colleagues, track task completion and maintain daily diaries of site activities.

Required profile

• BSc Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP/Building Services engineering.
• Knowledge of vertical transportation systems.
• CSA Grade 5 qualification (desirable).
• Certified Commissioning Authority (BCA, ACG or NEBB) (desirable).
