Senior Site Operations Manager

About the role

Khazna is seeking a Senior Site Operations Manager to lead the end‑to‑end performance, resilience, safety and compliance of one or more mission‑critical data centre sites in the UAE. The role provides senior leadership, governance and incident command to ensure maximum uptime and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall operational readiness, uptime and resilience of assigned data centre sites.
• Translate enterprise operations strategy into site‑level execution, controls and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead, coach and develop site operations teams, vendors and service partners.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire and life‑safety systems, ensuring compliance with QHSE policies and local regulations.
• Manage CAFM/CMMS data for asset accuracy, SLA tracking and audit readiness.
• Act as primary Incident Commander during major incidents, leading response to power, cooling or equipment failures.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions and maintain disaster‑recovery plans.
• Drive cost optimisation, approve operational spend and oversee Capex/OpEx initiatives.
• Partner with IT, Security, Projects and Commercial teams for seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data centre or mission‑critical facilities management.
• Strong track record of incident command and emergency response.
• Excellent knowledge of safety, regulatory compliance and QHSE standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor performance, SLAs and service contracts.
• Experience budgeting, cost optimisation and overseeing Capex/OpEx projects.
