Senior Social Media Manager – Global Crypto Exchange

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Head of Social Media to own and execute the global social strategy for one of the world’s leading crypto exchanges. You will lead a distributed team, coordinate with agencies, and shape the brand voice during a major rebrand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute social media strategy across Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms, translating complex crypto concepts into platform‑native content.
• Lead, mentor and grow a global team of 4‑6 members, manage agency relationships and establish SOPs for content creation, influencer collaboration and crisis response.
• Own the content calendar, align it with product launches, campaigns and executive communications, and ensure quality at scale.
• Track and report on OKRs such as follower growth, engagement, share of voice and user acquisition using Sprinklr and native analytics.
• Collaborate with product, legal, compliance and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of social media experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling social accounts for a global brand (1M+ followers preferred).
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to run multiple workstreams with agencies.
• Exceptional written and spoken English; additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Sprinklr or equivalent enterprise social media management platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, research and performance analysis.
