Senior Software Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to join Matajer Ai in Ajman, UAE. The role focuses on designing and delivering AI‑enabled digital solutions that support business operations and growth. The successful candidate will work on both backend and full‑stack projects, ensuring high‑quality, scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern software applications using Python, JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Build, integrate and document RESTful APIs with FastAPI or Django.
• Implement AI‑based and automation solutions, including machine‑learning models and generative AI features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimise system performance and ensure reliability.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and testing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE and attend online assessments and interviews.
