Senior Software Engineer

About the role

LNKD is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead technical execution across a suite of web platforms in the digital‑asset and connected‑commerce space. You will stay hands‑on while shaping architecture, ensuring security, scalability and maintainability, and leveraging AI‑assisted development tools responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, prioritisation and day‑to‑day execution, allocating work and removing blockers.
• Mentor engineers, set realistic commitments and ensure reliable delivery.
• Translate product requirements into implementable engineering tasks and define the technical approach.
• Design solutions, make key technology decisions, and enforce coding, testing, documentation and release standards.
• Manage release branches, hot‑fixes and conflict resolution, acting as the gatekeeper for production.
• Guarantee transactional integrity and financial correctness, handling idempotency, precise decimal operations and audit trails.
• Investigate and remediate production issues affecting customer balances or payouts.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of professional software development experience (96 months indicated).
• Proven ability to lead or mentor a small cross‑functional engineering team.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, maintainability and financial correctness.
• Experience with modern AI‑assisted development tools is a plus.
