Senior Specialist Data Centres

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead data centre projects in Dubai. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of data centre development and ensuring resilient, efficient, and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic advice on data centre strategy, business cases, and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Serve as Parsons' subject‑matter authority for power, cooling, ICT infrastructure, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and performance objectives.
• Review and assure technical studies, designs, and strategies.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposal preparation, and technical presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and global growth of Parsons' data centre capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, ICT/Telecommunications, Computer, Data Centre Engineering or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in data centre planning, design, or operations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex infrastructure projects.
