Senior Specialist, Gas Master Planning

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Gas Master Planning will lead the development of ADNOC's Gas Master Plan, ensuring optimal value, profitability and sustainable energy supply. The role involves advising senior management on gas strategy, downstream opportunities and contingency planning.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and forecast long‑term supply and demand for gas, ethane, LPG, naphtha, condensate and sulphur, and integrate outcomes into business plans.
• Support the formulation and implementation of ADNOC’s gas strategic planning, including short‑ and long‑term forecasts, production planning and contingency scenarios.
• Partner with upstream and gas group companies to verify production plans and assess feasibility of capacity expansion projects.
• Analyse data to design solutions that enhance gas supply security and business continuity.
• Provide inputs for budgets, performance reporting and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in oil & gas forecasting or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with senior management and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
