Senior Specialist Marketing

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Marketing will own end‑to‑end marketing for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead. Based in Dubai, the role involves frequent travel across the region to build brand preference and generate qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual MEASA marketing plan aligned with sales targets and global brand priorities.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, partner MDF and co‑op funds, reallocating spend based on ROI.
• Lead brand and product launch campaigns, localising global platforms and coordinating go‑to‑market plans.
• Plan and deliver trade shows, events, roadshows and partner activations such as GITEX and InfoComm India.
• Run demand‑generation and ABM programmes, own lead nurturing and handover to sales.
• Build and maintain channel partner relationships, overseeing co‑marketing programmes and partner enablement.
• Direct PR, media relations and regional social media, and manage e‑tail strategy across marketplaces.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business; MBA a plus.
• 4‑6 years of B2B/B2B2C marketing experience, preferably in technology, AV or consumer electronics.
• Proven track record in channel/partner marketing, demand generation and ABM.
• Strong analytical skills, budget ownership and data‑driven decision making.

• Salesforce (CRM) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
• SEO/SEM, paid social, marketplace management and digital advertising.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
