Senior Stadium Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Stadium Architect to lead the design and delivery of world‑class stadium and sports facility projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role combines creative architectural vision with rigorous technical execution, ensuring projects meet international standards, local regulations and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation for stadiums and sports venues.
• Develop integrated design solutions that address structural integrity, aesthetics, crowd management, operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
• Conduct code analysis, safety and accessibility reviews specific to the UAE and international standards.
• Utilise advanced CAD and BIM tools to produce detailed plans, 3‑D visualisations and construction models.
• Mentor junior architects and design team members, fostering professional growth.
• Prepare and present design proposals, technical documentation and progress updates to clients and senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural design experience, including at least 5 years on stadium or large‑scale sports facilities.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, safety regulations and accessibility requirements.
• Experience integrating sustainable design and green building principles.

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise.
