About the role

The Senior Supervisor – Cash Management Services will lead outsourced teller staff at client sites and cash deposit centres, ensuring high‑quality service and operational efficiency. Based in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone, the role focuses on staff motivation, cross‑training, and delivering excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of outsourced teller teams across client locations.
• Motivate staff, promote retention, and foster a positive team spirit.
• Cross‑train employees to guarantee seamless coverage during absences.
• Reduce quality costs through preventive measures and enhanced teller training.
• Optimize resource utilization and control overtime expenses.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other business units to achieve shared objectives.
• Hold regular meetings with staff and clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes with admin and recruitment teams.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly client reports within agreed SLAs.
• Schedule and allocate tellers, maintaining an active reserve pool.
• Support project and account teams during new bank and client setups.
• Oversee daily cash reconciliation for CDC and teller sites.
• Drive process optimisation by analysing and improving business workflows.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Diploma or degree in Finance.
• Proficiency with computer and MS applications.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Strong reporting, customer management, and performance‑management skills.
