Senior System Analyst & Support Engineer – Treasury Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Front Arena Developer / System Support Engineer to design, develop and maintain a business‑critical Treasury platform. You will work closely with Treasury and Technology stakeholders to deliver enhancements, ensure production stability and automate operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and implement Front Arena enhancements and Python/AEL/ASQL solutions aligned with Treasury requirements.
• Provide technical and functional production support across trade capture, pricing, valuation, accounting, confirmations, settlements and end‑of‑day processing.
• Investigate complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, file transfers (SFTP/FTP), FIX, SWIFT and database links.
• Automate manual processes, improve monitoring, logging and alerting, and support release and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Front Arena development or configuration in banking/treasury environments.
• Strong Python development skills and solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience supporting complex, business‑critical production applications.
• Good understanding of Treasury products (FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Derivatives) and the full trade lifecycle.
