Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

OKX is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with its core business teams as it expands across EMEA and globally. The role acts as a strategic talent partner and operational leader, building executive and specialized talent pipelines, navigating regional markets and optimizing end-to-end recruitment. It reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for corporate governance, legal, compliance, risk and operational functions
• Build and run targeted sourcing campaigns to engage and close senior passive talent across global and EMEA hubs
• Manage regional hiring dynamics, including notice periods, candidate expectations and competitive talent pools
• Map competitors and gather market intelligence on fintech, traditional banking and crypto to advise leadership on trends, salary benchmarks and organizational design
• Communicate OKX's vision of moving talent from traditional finance into Web3 and decentralized finance
• Lead senior-level offer formulation, equity and token incentive structuring, and complex negotiations, working with People Operations on onboarding
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels on structured assessments, interview best practices and candidate experience

Required profile

• 6+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced corporate, high-growth fintech/financial services or executive search environment, leading strategic hiring
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing senior passive talent in finance, banking or fintech
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA hiring practices, employment regulations, statutory notice periods and FTE vs. contractor arrangements
• Strong business acumen using recruitment metrics, funnel analytics and market intelligence
• Comfort in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments and strong stakeholder management

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EMEA fintech, banking and Web3 ecosystems
• Knowledge of regional regulations such as MiCA, AML, PSD2/PSD3, FCA and BaFin
• Experience in a globally distributed, multilingual organization
• Interest in blockchain, crypto and decentralized finance
