Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. This fully remote position will oversee talent operations, optimise recruitment workflows and ensure efficient hiring across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline candidate sourcing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Analyse hiring metrics and performance data to identify improvements and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing talent acquisition operations in a global or distributed environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to prioritise tasks across multiple stakeholders and drive data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in international recruitment.
