Senior Talent Acquisition Officer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment operations and meet agreed timelines for vacancy closure.
• Source candidates via recruitment portals and advertise openings on LinkedIn, Bayt and other external platforms.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks and manage pre‑employment activities.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, new‑starter checklists and coordinate onboarding with line managers, payroll and visa teams.
• Ensure salary and CTC calculations follow Korn Ferry guidelines and verify budget approvals before hiring.
• Deliver weekly recruitment reports and represent the organization at job fairs and university events.
• Drive Emiratization initiatives and achieve MOHRE targets while complying with UAE Labour Law.
• Participate in talent‑acquisition process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and familiarity with Emiratization goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Bayt.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) and strong computer literacy.
