Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the scaling of Unique Properties' sales force by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top‑performing real estate professionals. This senior‑level position requires a proven track record in real‑estate recruitment and an established network within Dubai's developer community.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Property Consultants and other real‑estate roles.
• Design and execute strategic sourcing plans for Off‑Plan and Secondary Market divisions.
• Leverage an existing network within developers and the broader real‑estate industry to source high‑caliber candidates.
• Headhunt and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Indeed, Bayut, etc.).
• Coordinate screenings, interviews, and feedback loops between hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with Sales Directors and HR to forecast hiring requirements and advise on market talent trends.
• Implement and optimise recruitment tools, tracking sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Elevate employer branding through creative recruitment campaigns and professional candidate communication.
• Ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR and management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience within the real‑estate developer/brokerage sector.
• Strong, established network within Dubai/UAE developers and real‑estate industry.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing high‑performing sales talent in a fast‑paced market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Dubizzle, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
