Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Product

About the role

Arris Engineering Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Product roles. The position is based in the UAE with relocation options to Dubai, Malta or Gibraltar and involves full‑cycle recruitment for product‑focused positions across a fast‑growing iGaming business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for product positions, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and game producers.
• Partner with CPOs, VPs and department heads to define hiring strategies and role requirements.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans targeting international talent pools.
• Identify, engage and nurture passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within product or technology functions.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles and the skills needed for high‑growth product teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
