Senior Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes while designing and delivering learning initiatives that support the organization’s growth. This role partners closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure talent needs are met and employees receive the development required for success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce requirements and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Promote the employer brand through recruitment campaigns and social‑media initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards, analyse trends and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate annual training plans, conduct training‑needs analysis, and organise internal and external learning programmes.
• Maintain employee training records, budgets and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support HR transformation projects, develop policies, and drive employer‑branding and employee‑engagement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and learning & development within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage multiple recruitment and training projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience preparing recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms for maintaining recruitment and training data.
