Senior Technical Architect

About the role

Inception, a G42 company, is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead the architecture strategy for AI-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a technical architecture framework aligned with business objectives.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies and frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance for large‑scale AI and technology projects.
• Design and oversee implementation of scalable, secure, high‑performance AI solutions.
• Mentor architects and technical teams on best practices and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead technical‑scale architectural transformations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into efficient architectures.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with stakeholder influence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in technical architecture and delivering large‑scale AI solutions.

Required skills

• Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman or similar.
• Programming: Python, Java, JavaScript.
• AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Cloud: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Data: SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark.
• Microservices: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, service mesh technologies.
