Senior Technical Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition

About the role

The client is a well‑established IT company in Dubai focused on technology solutions and digital transformation. They are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a wide range of IT and technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle – from requirement gathering, sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source candidates via Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals and Boolean search, including passive talent for hard‑to‑fill technical roles.
• Recruit across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, DevOps, ERP, Applications, Software Development and other IT functions.
• Maintain recruitment targets, candidate pipelines and coordinate with clients, account managers and junior recruiters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Fluent in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali or Marathi with strong understanding of technical job profiles.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Candidate screening and assessment for technical roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
