Senior Telesales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Property Simplified Real Estate LLC is seeking an energetic Senior Telesales Executive to drive outbound prospecting, generate qualified leads and support the sales team in Dubai’s fast‑growing property market.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, property owners and existing contacts.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors to nurture interest.
• Invite prospects to property launches, exhibitions, open houses and company events.
• Maintain accurate call logs, conversation notes and lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and appointment targets (150‑200 calls per day).
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Assist in updating property listings on portals and coordinate with agents on lead follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, call centre or real‑estate sales.
• Previous UAE real‑estate telecalling experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong objection‑handling ability and a target‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
