Senior Treasury Manager

About the role

A leading Abu Dhabi-based investment and holding group is appointing an experienced Senior Manager – Treasury. Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, the role supports the Group's treasury front office, with emphasis on corporate funding, debt capital markets, financial risk management and treasury transformation. It involves evaluating and executing financing solutions for the Group's investment activities and business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the structuring, negotiation and execution of corporate financing, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, project finance and debt capital market instruments
• Work with business units to assess funding needs and develop financing solutions
• Support credit rating processes and debt capital markets activities, including financial analysis, presentations and documentation
• Establish and manage a centralised debt management framework, ensuring compliance with covenants and reporting obligations
• Identify, evaluate and manage financial risks, especially foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, and monitor hedging strategies
• Build relationships with banks, financial institutions and internal teams such as Investment, FP&A and Investor Relations
• Prepare and review financial models, banking presentations, investment committee materials and senior management reports
• Contribute to treasury transformation, including treasury management systems, in-house banking structures, intercompany financing and automation
• Oversee treasury operations, including banking arrangements, payments and reporting

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in corporate treasury
• Bachelor's degree and a relevant professional qualification such as CFA, CA or CTP
• Experience in a large corporate or diversified holding company is advantageous; previous experience in the GCC is advantageous

Required skills

• Strong technical treasury expertise, financial modelling and knowledge of debt capital markets and credit rating processes
• Advanced Excel and financial systems, ideally Bloomberg and treasury management platforms
• Knowledge of treasury transformation, centralisation and process automation
