Senior Vice President & Head of Digital Channels – Business Banking

About the role

The Senior Vice President & Head of Digital Channels will steer the strategy, performance and resilience of Business Banking digital platforms, including web, mobile and APIs. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure seamless, secure and customer‑centric digital experiences that align with RAKBANK’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, roadmap and governance for all Business Banking digital channels.
• Monitor channel performance, uptime, reliability and customer‑experience metrics, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
• Lead incident management, escalation and post‑incident reviews for major outages.
• Champion Voice of Customer initiatives, turning feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk and compliance teams to deliver enhancements quickly while maintaining control.
• Explore emerging technologies such as AI, automation, cloud and API ecosystems to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience leading digital channels in a banking or financial services environment.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale digital platforms and incident response.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
