Senior Waiter – High-End Restaurant

About the role

Quince Restaurant & Café in Dubai is looking for a Senior Waiter to join its team full-time on-site. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences while leading the floor staff in a high-end, high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the dining area and ensure smooth service operations.
• Supervise and train junior floor staff, guiding them to meet service standards.
• Take and manage guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Monitor service quality, maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining section.

Required profile

• 2–5 years proven experience as a waiter in a high-end or high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards and guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Leadership ability to train and guide junior staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems.
