Senior Waiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Senior Waiter to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. In this leadership‑oriented position you will manage your own section, deliver refined personalized service and mentor junior staff to ensure memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your assigned section with professionalism, ensuring a refined and personalized guest experience.
• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service across all food and beverage offerings, maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and support teams to maintain smooth service flow and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members, modelling best practices and service excellence.
• Accurately take and process guest orders, handle special requests, and use POS systems for order processing and billing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of progressive waiter experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments.
• Proven expertise in section management, guest service delivery and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using restaurant management software.
